The Redemptive

I’m Breanne (not Breanna).

Home is Northern Kentucky where you’ll find me walking my Great Dane, Billie, snuggling my rescue cat, Juniper, and writing from a smudgy, wobbly-legged dining room table with two children who (wonderfully) need me very much.

My husband and I have been married for 12 years and, together we’re raising two kids, perpetually tired and happiest in the mountains or near the ocean—preferably both at once.

I’m a city loving woman who lives where the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. This just means I wake up with the neighbor’s chicken scratching in my yard and spend weekends in Cincinnati (I know where to find the best pastries, just ask).

I’ve got a curious heart that keeps me asking questions, daring to talk deep stuff and creating art as an act of worship for our Savior, Jesus Christ. It’s all for Him.

“LIFE IS A STORY. WHY DO WE DIE? BECAUSE WE LIVE. WHY DO WE LIVE? BECAUSE OUR MAKER OPENED HIS MOUTH AND BEGAN TO TELL A STORY.” ― N.D. WILSON
